NO-MOBILE Back to Sell Your Mobile

Sell Your Mobile — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to individuals who submit a used-mobile listing through the Sell Your Mobile feature on NO-MOBILE.

Important: NO-MOBILE provides a platform for listings and store bids. Read these terms before paying the listing fee.

1. Seller eligibility and ownership

You must be legally entitled to sell the device. You confirm that the phone and information submitted are genuine and that you are not knowingly listing a stolen, lost, counterfeit, unlawfully obtained or encumbered device. You must respond truthfully to reasonable ownership or device-detail enquiries.

2. Accurate information and photographs

You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, contact number, city, brand, model, storage/RAM, colour, expected price, description and photographs. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, unrelated or third-party private content. You should disclose material defects, repairs, replaced parts, activation locks and other issues that could affect a buyer's decision.

3. Listing fee and payment

The listing fee displayed on the submission page at the time of payment applies to your submission. The current displayed fee may change for future submissions. Your listing is published only after NO-MOBILE verifies the payment through its payment provider. A payment attempt or an unverified browser message does not establish successful payment.

The fee is for processing and publishing a listing, not for guaranteeing a sale, a minimum bid or a particular sale price. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is subject to applicable law and the platform's applicable payment/refund terms. Do not assume a refund is available solely because you do not receive a bid or complete a sale.

4. Selling Code and listing status

After successful payment verification, NO-MOBILE issues a Selling Code for reference and status checking. Keep it safe and do not post it publicly. The code is not identity verification and should not be treated as a password or proof of ownership. Anyone who obtains it may be able to look up listing information made available by the status-check feature.

5. Store bids and negotiations

Participating stores may submit bids. A bid is an offer for discussion and is not, by itself, a completed sale. You are responsible for evaluating offers, verifying the store and agreeing directly with the store on the final price, device inspection, handover, payment method and timing. NO-MOBILE does not automatically accept a bid on your behalf or pay sale proceeds to you.

6. Purchase confirmation and removal from bidding

If a participating store confirms a purchase through the platform, the listing may be closed to further bidding and marked as purchased. Contact the store directly to confirm the actual transaction, payment and handover. Do not hand over the device until you are satisfied that the agreed payment has been received.

7. Listing duration, suspension and removal

Listings may expire according to the period shown by the platform. NO-MOBILE may restrict, hide or remove listings that appear fraudulent, inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, disputed or inconsistent with these terms, or where required for security or legal compliance. If a listing is removed, contact support to request a review.

8. Seller contact details and privacy

You authorise NO-MOBILE to process the information you submit to operate the listing, verify payment, display relevant listing information and facilitate contact from participating stores. Your contact number is collected so interested stores can contact you, but the public status page is not intended to display your full phone number. Read the Sell Mobile Privacy Policy for further details.

9. Platform role and disputes

NO-MOBILE facilitates listing publication and store bids. Unless separately and expressly agreed in writing, it is not the buyer or seller in the device transaction and does not guarantee a store's offer, device inspection, payment or performance. You and the store remain responsible for your direct transaction and should keep appropriate records.

10. Prohibited conduct

11. Changes and applicable law

NO-MOBILE may update these terms when the feature or legal requirements change. The version available when you submit your listing should be reviewed and retained for your records. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Contact and support

For questions about a listing or payment, use the official contact details provided on the NO-MOBILE website. Include your Selling Code or payment reference when appropriate, but do not send passwords or full payment credentials.

Please review these terms before checking the consent box and paying the listing fee.
