NO-MOBILE Back to Sell Your Mobile

Sell Your Mobile — Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you submit or manage a listing through NO-MOBILE's Sell Your Mobile feature. The general NO-MOBILE Privacy Policy also applies where relevant.

1. Information collected

Depending on your submission and use of the feature, information may include your name, phone number, city, mobile brand and model, storage/RAM, colour, description, expected price, uploaded photographs, Selling Code, listing and bid status, payment/order references, payment verification records, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How information is used

3. Information visible to others

Listing details such as device information, city, expected price, photographs and listing status may be visible to users of the relevant listing or status-check feature. Participating stores may receive information needed to evaluate the device and contact you, including your submitted contact number where used for that purpose.

The public status response is designed not to display your full phone number. However, the Selling Code is a reference code, not a password. Anyone who knows the code may be able to view information returned by the status-check feature. Keep it private and avoid sharing screenshots that reveal it.

4. Payment information

Listing fees are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. NO-MOBILE may retain payment IDs, order references, amounts, status, timestamps and verification records. Do not submit card PINs, banking passwords or other payment secrets in listing fields or messages.

5. Photos and device details

Only upload photos you are authorised to share. Avoid including faces, identity documents, addresses, notifications, account details or other private information in images. Information in your description and photographs may be seen by participating stores and other users where the listing is displayed.

6. Service providers and lawful disclosures

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to host the platform, store uploaded photos, verify payments, maintain security or provide communications. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to investigate fraud, safety issues or misuse. It is not appropriate to assume that every service provider stores data in the same location or for the same duration.

7. Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for listing operations, payment records, dispute handling, security, and legal or accounting requirements. Access controls and reasonable safeguards should be used to protect stored information; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact NO-MOBILE through its official website contact channel to request access to, correction of or deletion of information, subject to identity checks, applicable law, payment-record obligations and legitimate dispute or security needs. A listing may need to be closed or reviewed before a request can be completed.

9. Children's information

The Sell Your Mobile feature is intended for people legally able to enter into a device sale. Do not submit another person's personal information without authority. A parent or legal guardian should contact NO-MOBILE if a child's information has been submitted improperly.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the feature, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.

11. Contact

For privacy-related requests, contact NO-MOBILE using the official contact details on its website. Include your Selling Code only when necessary and do not include passwords or full payment credentials.

This page supplements the general NO-MOBILE Privacy Policy and applies specifically to Sell Your Mobile.
